The ThirstyFest Team
We’re a group of passionate volunteers with diverse backgrounds, and we’d love to have you join our team! Below you’ll find a brief description of each ThirstyFest team. If you’d like to be a part of a team, our planning meetings are every other week. If that doesn’t work with your schedule, we’ll need plenty of volunteers the day of the festival!
Logistics Team
Our Logistics Team is great for anyone who loves to plan and organize. Leading up to the festival you’ll work on the floor layout, ticket sales, and general festival logistics. Day of, you’ll help organize our vendors, breweries, and sponsors and make sure they have what they need to be successful at ThirstyFest.
Marketing Team
The Marketing Team is responsible for creating ThirstyFest’s collateral materials, as well as managing social media and reaching out to local advertising possibilities. You’ll help reach out to publications, printers, and do what you can to hype up the festival and sell tickets.
Sponsorship Team
Our Sponsorship Team reaches out to potential sponsors and breweries. As a volunteer, you’ll contact potential sponsors via email, phone, or in person. This team is crucial to the success of the festival!
Vendor Partnerships Team
The Vendor Partnerships Team organizes the food trucks and brewery vendors that will be present at the festival. You will reach out to potential vendors and work with them prior to the event to make sure everything and everyone is ready and prepared for ThirstyFest!
Entertainment Team
Our Entertainment team works directly with all the musicians, MCs, and DJs that will be at the event. You’ll help to organize the acts, manage the entertainment set-up, and make sure everything runs smoothly the day of the festival.
Festival Team
This team is for you if you want to volunteer but can only commit to working at the event! Each volunteer will be asked to complete a two-hour shift at the festival, but once you’re in you can stay as long as you like and enjoy all the festivities.
